Coppell Texas is based in the country of Dallas, happens to be located six miles at the Southern Eastern side of Flower Mound, Texas and 16 miles to the north of Arlington, Texas. The city is counted among the Dallas metropolitan area. As per the 2010 Census, around 38,659 was the population at Coppell. A small area is found at the northern side of the city, which extends over the neighboring county of Denton.
History
The Coppell Texas area earlier settled by the French and German immigrants in the year 1840, while the members of the Peters Colony was also seen settling down there in the 1840s. It originally named as Gibbs Station after the man called Barnett Gibbs, which is a town that is renamed in 1892 with the person known as George Coppell, who happened to be a rich financier from the UK who had come to the US in the 1880 and the man responsible for completing the final construction of the railroad line of the town. One of the popular beliefs for this man was that he was an engineer as well but there is hardly any documentary proof to support this claim.
In the year 1955, the community was seen incorporated via a ballot measure, which was seen getting passed with a vote of 41 to 1. It is spurred by the opening of the Airport at Dallas or Fort in the year 1974 which is nothing but a city that is positively transmitted from a small farming village to a big and upper-middle-class suburban community in the 1980s and the 1990s. By the end of 2000, around a large chunk of residential areas was zoned in the city, which was developed and the population was seen growing over 35,000. Additionally, to the suburban homes, the city was seen growing the commercial base of the transportation and warehouse centers over the west and south sides of the city that remains close to accessibility to the DFW airport.
Economy

Now, talking about the brand CiCi Pizza, which is a popular food chain, has its headquarters here in Coppell. Education
Now talking about education, Coppell is a place that serves the base of three school districts. The Coppell Independent School District is also responsible for the K12 education of most of the children found in the city of Coppell Texas. Talking about the other institute the Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD is known for serving the easternmost Coppell, which is found at the Sandy Lake Road and over the east of Macarthur Blvd one can find the Riverchase Area wherein students are seen matriculating at the Barbara Bush Middle School along with the other in Irving called Ranchview High School. The Lewisville ISD is seen serving the northernmost section of the Coppell falling over the Denton County like the Coppell Greens Subdivision, which is in the area close to north of the State Highway 121 and the list goes on.
Transportation
As Coppell is close to the northern corner of the Dallas and Fort Worth International Airport commonly known as the DFW, it has a great option for transportation. No freeways are seen going via the city, however, the complete perimeter is seen getting served by SH121 and the Sam Rayburn Tollway, President George Bush Turnpike, Interstate 635E both south and east. You can barely find any public transportation in the town though it was earlier the part of the Dallas Area Rapid Transit or DART as we see the voters withdrawing the same from DART in 1989, it is seen nowhere now. However, as this place borders to the DART member cities, one can find it rejoining at the future date if it becomes feasible for the town.
